Camel Coat and Navy Sheath Dress

Camel Coat & Navy Sheath Dress

Winter may be in full swing, but I’ve discovered the best defense against the chill! After a year’s long search, I finally found the perfect camel coat. Scroll down for all of the details!

My year long search for the perfect camel coat has finally come to an end!  I found this beautiful Vince Camuto military-inspired coat while online window shopping on the Macy’s website.  The long-line hem and fitted waist make it the perfect choice to battle the crisp winter wind we’re currently racing in Arkansas. The coat has easily become a winter wardrobe staple for me! I ordered an XS, but it was still a little too big in the arms, shoulders, and waist. I took it to a local tailor and now it fits like a glove!

The camel color is sold out at Macy’s for the time being, but I also love it in navy blue, gray, and black!  See all three colors here. If you’re still looking for a camel coat, I’m in love with this one from Boohoo. And it’s only $45!

Under the beautiful coat, I’m wearing a fitted, navy sheath dress by Magaschoni, a New York based brand that specializes in cashmere. I found this dress on The RealReal and it’s been one of my favorite work wear dresses ever since. The fit and quality are spectacular and I’m in love!

And finally, we come to these beautiful dyed snakeskin platform pumps by Alexander McQueen. I live for everything McQueen so adding these beauties to my collection was a no-brainer. While these pumps are no longer available, Sam Edelman currently has a very similar pump that is equally gorgeous!
