Tobi Sweater Dress

Fall weather is here!  At least it was for one day on November 1.  While I wait for the temperature to once again drop to fall appropriate digits, I can daydream about sweater dresses and over the knee boots.

This week’s outfit posts are in collaboration with Tobi, an affordable online clothing boutique that is filled with on-trend pieces to delight your fall and winter wardrobe.  Tobi approached me to review a few of their pieces so today I’m sporting the Warm Nights Bell Sleeve Sweater Dress in taupe.  Scroll down to see how I styled the dress!

Sweater dresses are a fall/winter wardrobe staple. They comfortable, warm, and can be accessorized in so many ways.  The Warm Nights Sweater Dress from Tobi comes in three deep fall colors: taupe (as seen on me), wine, and black.

Overall, I’m impressed with the quality of the dress.  The dress is thick without being bulky so I know it will be warm during a cold day.  The bell sleeves are very on-trend, too. My only complaint is that the sleeves are way too long for me!  I’m a petite girl with short arms so, as you can see in the above photos, they’re just a tad too long for me.  However, the sleeves are very long on the model on the Tobi website, so they’re made to be extra long. I think this dress will be perfect for curling up by a fire with hot chocolate in the winter. For $76 (on sale now for $38!), this dress is a steal!

For this outfit, I paired the dress with simple black over-the-knee boots and a matching black bag.  A simple dress like this is the perfect blank canvas for adding lots of accessories. For example, I could switch out the OTK boots with booties and leggings for added warmth.  A belt and a hat would top off this fall outfit.
