Fall is slowly creeping its way down south and I’m so excited! Even though the outside temps are still in the 80’s, the sight of county fairs in full swing are making me yearn for the bonfires, sweaters, and the holiday season.

There’s not much to say about an outfit as simple as this, so I’ll keep today’s post short and sweet. Oversized sweaters are one of the many reasons I look forward to fall so vehemently. They’re so versatile that I can wear this blush sweater by French Connection to work, on a shopping trip, or while cuddling up with movie marathon at home.
The Trixie booties, or “shooties” as Rockport calls them, are perfect for the fall transition weather. The Total Motion shoe line features multiple cushions in the soles of each shoe so I can wear them on my fall adventures without getting sore feet. It also helps that they’re SO cute!
