You simply can’t go wrong a light blue and white combination.  This adorable top is from Windsor, a store I fell in love with in Dallas a few years ago.  If you love Forever 21, you’ll love Windsor.

My favorite white skinny jeans from Lilly Pulitzer provide a crisp, neutral background so the blue of the top can be the centerpiece of the outfit.  My nude shoes elongate my legs and keep the lower half of the outfit in the neutral zone.

This Kate Spade handbag is a few seasons old, but it still provides the perfect structure when an outfit needs it.  The smooth neutral leather  and strong contours give the eye substance.  For accessories, I tied in the white of the jeans with heavy white earrings for a bold statement.  My stack of jewelry include my grandmother’s charm bracelet, a couple of beaded bracelets, and a silver bangle I picked up from the gift shop of Oaklawn Race Track last year.  A Daniel Wellington watch to give the stack a little sophistication.
