When I think summer, I think easy, breezy outfits that are light in texture and light in color.  The set features a cute navy print on lightweight fabric, making it perfect for a summer day on-the-go.  The off the shoulder top is perfectly on trend while the shorts are loose and fasten with tasseled strings in the front.
