If you’re looking for me, you can find me daydreaming about our beach honeymoon.  The sand, the waves, the food, the shopping… it was all so perfect!  And yes, I managed to squeeze in a little shopping in between hours of laying on the beach and sipping wine over candlelight dinners.  By far my favorite local Galveston find is Head to Footsies, an adorable boutique on the Historic Strand.  I found a couple of things in the store that caught my eye, including this cute, flouncy floral dress.  Scroll down to see how I styled it while we were there!

Head to Footsies is honestly my latest obsession.  Not only were clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories so cute and affordable, but the all of the staff were so sweet!  I found this dress by Dress Forum Los Angeles on one of the racks and instantly fell in love.  The lightweight material features a delicate orchid design with a v-neckline leading into a waist tie.  Tiered ruffles give way to a subtle hi-low hemline.

It turns out I overpacked for the beach trip (oops!), but that means I had the perfect handbag and shoes to match this dress!  I grabbed my mini blue Henri Bendel satchel to hold my essentials and slipped on a pair of pom-pom Sam Edelman gladiator sandals to walk in the sand.
