I’m finally starting to go through all of the photos from our honeymoon! We spent a week on the beach in Galveston, Texas. It was an easy drive from Arkansas and we were in absolute heaven under the sun.

On our first night, we went out to dinner at Fisherman’s Wharf on the bay and I wore this lovely little red lace dress by Lovers + Friends. After our delicious dinner, we took a long, romantic walk on the beach under the moonlight. Scroll down to see how I styled this dress!

I fell in love with this dress the moment I saw it online. The strapless neckline and lace overlay create a romantic silhouette that is perfect for a date night. The uneven hemline of the lace is unique and whimsical. I don’t think I could have found a more perfect dress for our first honeymoon date!

I paired the dress with a simple pair of nude strapping heels and my favorite Danielle Nicole x Disney collection rose-shaped handbag. I decided to match my lip color with the dress so I wore Milani’s Amore Matte Lip Creme in Devotion.
