A vest is probably my favorite clothing item during the fall months, when it’s too cool to leave the house without a jacket, but too warm for my pea coat.
I picked up this particular houndstooth vest in the casual section of Mack’s Prairie Wings in Stuttgart, Arkansas while my boyfriend was shopping in camo heaven. The vest is surprisingly thick and warm, making it perfect to wear alone over a light sweater, like the Tippi sweater from J.Crew. My vest is from a boutique label, but the printed vest from J.Crew Factory is almost identical.
Let’s take a moment to appreciate these Jessica Simpson fringe booties. How cute are they?? I fell in love with these upon first sight. They are so comfortable that I can walk in them literally all day and my feet don’t get sore! The sophisticated fringe detail on the outside of each bootie is what makes them unique and worth having, in my opinion.
