An Adventure in Florals feat. William Laurence Designer Photography

I’m so excited to show y’all the final installment in the fashion series I created in collaboration with William Laurence Designer Photography. This look is by far my favorite in the series.

Check out the first post in this fashion series, A Velvet Affair, and the second, Have Style, Will Travel, to see more of William Laurence’s fantastic photography. William uses each client’s personality and passions to shape each session so every shoot is unique. Visit his website new.williamlaurence.com to see his extensive portfolio and to book an appointment.

Today’s outfit centers around a gorgeous pink floral dress from fab’rik in Jonesboro. William chose the perfect backdrop for the dress at Crowley’s Ridge State Park, complete with a rustic stairway and a gently flowing waterfall. Scroll down to see all of the details!

Dress: fab’rik Jonesboro | Shoes: Steve Madden | Earrings: WILDE from Rocksbox

This lovely dress features a faux wrap top with a ruffled high-low hem. Muted tones of pink, blue-gray, and white create a unique floral print that transitions well from spring/summer into the early days of fall.

If you’ll remember from my first post in the series, I accidentally left all of my clothes at home (3 hours away) and fab’rik in Jonesboro came to my rescue by lending me clothes to wear for the shoot. Luckily, my shoes and jewelry made the trip with me! I printed the fab’rik dress with a pair of minimalist nude heels. The minimal straps elongate my legs and allow the dress to be the center of attention.

I couldn’t resist adding these beaded tassel earrings from Rocksbox to the outfit. They add a much needed sense of playfulness to the whole outfit, while still complementing the elegant pink tones in the dress. Have you tried Rocksbox yet?
