Free People is known for its fringe and never-ceasing destain for clothing that requires a bra, making it the perfect destination for a rustic, bohemian style outfit. Layering is key when it comes to dressing boho chic, so finding two slip dress separates to pair together is a festival girl’s dream come true. See the full outfit below!
Since slip dresses are totally “in” right now, these Free People separates are perfect to have in your closet. Let’s start with the completely sheer top layer. Scandalous, right? I have to say I love it, even though I won’t wear it without something underneath. The slip is cut in the style of a skater dress, so the hem of the dress flows from my hips around my legs. The beading makes the dress a bit heavier, but it’s still lightweight and delicate.
Now to the second layer: a simple white bodycon slip. A slip dress can be a fashionista’s best friend. Layering makes an outfit unique and fun so the more options you have for layering, the better. For this outfit, a bodycon (form-fitting) slip works perfectly well, but I could have also opted for a trapeze slip like this one from Free People.
