I had just realized the tiles read “Knickerbocker”

Diva moment. I was really trying to see if anyone across the street was staring at us!

Sometimes you just need a beginning of the week shopping spree to get you through until Friday.  That was totally me yesterday.  For a quick shopping excursion on my lunch break, I chose this fabulous coral sheer top (with a nude bandeau underneath, of course) for a pop of color in the dreary Fall we’re having so far in Arkansas.  So much rain, y’all.  A statement belt, necklace, and a flare jean make the outfit really stand out!

And yes, the mosaic tiles under my feet do spell out “Knickerbocker”.  The building was the Knickerbocker Hotel in 1910.  It’s been “under construction” for several years now, but no one seems to have the passion (or money) to restore the beautiful old building to its original beauty.
